Designer, Design and Creative Services Team
Location: Onsite
As part of Sphere Entertainment’s Design and Creative Services team, Designers will craft visual experiences for the world’s most dynamic 360º canvas. Designers will create experiential concepts across multiple platforms, including branding, digital content, marketing materials, websites, and immersive experiences. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute projects for the Sphere’s Exosphere, Atrium, and Media Plane.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take direction from the Creative Director and Art Director to design scalable animated and experiential content.
• Develop dynamic multi-platform brand identity systems across web, print, mobile, and merchandise.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and production-ready motion designs.
• Collaborate with teams to develop original concepts for immersive experiences across various media.
• Prepare creative pitch decks for stakeholders and clients.
• Research and identify emerging trends in design, art, film, and music.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of creativity and innovation.
• Be open to feedback and pivot quickly to meet project needs.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional creative studio or agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Keynote, and other design tools.
• Experience in 3D modeling and animation (Blender, C4D, Houdini) is a plus.
• Strong design background with knowledge of typography, graphics, layout, and spatial design.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and suggest creative solutions.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of emerging creative technologies and design best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
