This is a Full Time Job
The Senior Coordinator Marketing Strategy will assist with the implementation of strategic marketing plans to increase ticket sales and fan engagement for concerts and live events across MSG Entertainment’s portfolio of venues. This individual will serve as liaison between internal departments and external agencies, promoters, and partners, providing tactical marketing support throughout the life cycle of a campaign.
What will you do?
• Support with campaign execution, specifically strategy development and plan implementation, submitting briefs, building out marketing calendars and ensuring timely delivery of all assets
• Coordination across all marketing functions (e.g., media, creative, insights, social, email, web) with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop a solid understanding of our fans by working directly with the data & analytics to review customer insights, sales volume and campaign activity. Assist in weekly reporting and recommendations
• Create marketing recap/performance documentation, as needed
• Invoice processing and management/tracking of all marketing budgets and campaign activity including direct costs, deliverables and agencies fees
What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or advertising with a background and interest in live entertainment, music and/or comedy
• Experience in creative development from writing a brief, approvals process, production and trafficking
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, project management and time management skills required
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and open to learning new ways of working.
• Ability to embrace change with a flexible mindset, even if the way forward isn’t clear.
• Ability to be a reliable team member, capable of effective collaboration to achieve our shared goals across teams and departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to support quality decision making by utilizing data and metrics.

• Travel between venues. Limited travel otherwise

Pay Range
$51,000 — $80,000 USD
