Senior Designer

The Senior Designer leads the development and maintenance of the visual identities for the New York Rangers. This includes producing various creative assets such as social graphics, digital OOH, posters, signage, apparel, merchandise, video supers, web banners, and email templates. The Senior Designer plays a crucial role in driving the in-house Creative group to deliver outstanding work consistently.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and execute breakthrough, best-in-class design solutions.
• Handle projects from receiving the creative brief to final completion.
• Collaborate with departments like Social, Marketing Strategy, Ticket Sales, Marketing Partnerships, and Fan Engagement, presenting creative work when needed.
• Manage two other designers.
• Concept and create content for brand initiatives such as Season Launch, Playoffs, Draft, All-Star, and Theme Nights.
• Ensure quality control of internal assets and maintain an organized project archive.
• Develop design systems and templates to increase efficiency.
• Work closely with the Motion Graphics team to ensure cohesive visual identity across platforms.
Qualifications:
