The VFX Producer will manage and track Visual Effects production from bidding through final delivery. This role involves collaborating with internal departments and overseeing freelance and temporary artists as needed. Reporting to the Director of Post Production, the VFX Producer is responsible for ensuring that projects remain within the scope of budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Predict, source, onboard, and supervise freelance and temporary artists to meet production needs.
• Work with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of digital content across various platforms and venues.
• Create production bids and schedules for in-house artist work on Sphere and Exo experiences.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule while supporting creative scope.
• Review and approve change orders in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide resources to support artists, including software and learning opportunities.
• Track shot progress in Shot Grid, generating reports for leadership.
• Identify production issues and collaborate with leadership and VFX Supervisor to resolve them.

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in production at a large studio or production company, with a focus on VFX/digital production.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in Shot Grid and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

Pay Range:
$125,000–$165,000 USD annually.
