Intern - TV Development

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our TV executive, gaining firsthand experience in the development and production process of television projects. It's a fantastic chance to contribute to meaningful, culturally authentic storytelling while building your skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

As a TV Development Intern, You Will:
• Provide analysis on incoming TV scripts, books, and plays.
• Participate in the creative development process by brainstorming ideas and offering project feedback.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets for tracking TV projects in development.
• Research and identify trends in the TV industry and emerging talent.
• Perform light administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Experience with script coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in basic office programs (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, etc)
• Multitasking and organization skills
• Team players with a no-task-is-too-small attitude.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Demonstrable understanding of Hispanic/ Latinx culture and audiences
• Plus: Fluent in Spanish

Please note that this is an unpaid internship. Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six months at time of application. Community College and Grad students are encouraged to apply.

Start/end dates and internship hours are flexible, but we do request that you are able to work a minimum of 2 days per week. Looking for interns to start in January and ideally work until April. Look forward to meeting you!! :)
