Audio Engineer

This is a Full Time Job

This position is responsible for creative sound design and producing on-air promotional spots for MundoFOX. Also responsible for sound design and production of ad sales related pieces, interstitials, radio spots and other kind of on-air and off-air promotional elements. Responsibilities include effective creative sound design, audio mixes, music selection and recording VO, maintaining the network overall brand and tone. May also include tagging of topical promos and creating multiple versions of promos. Remains informed of industry trends in sound design and audio mixing. Continuously develops knowledge and technical understanding of audio mixing systems.

Qualification Requirements -
Education / Experience -
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience, plus a minimum of 3+ years experience with Protools audio systems.
• 5+ years of TV Production experience in a Promotion or Production house facility.
• Proven ability to come up with creative Promotional audio concepts and see them from ''Concept to completion'', utilizing audio elements to consistently produce compelling and captivating on-air promotions.
• Experience with ad sales related long-form production is required.
• Solid creative writing skills in Spanish and English.
. Experience with Prootols a must.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
