Production Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Responsibilities
Production Assistants are major contributors to our Linear shows through idea, graphic & segment generation & assist in a number of daily responsibilities pertaining to all of our shows.
• Graphics assist: Create, Resea rch & Generate Graphics for all Linear programs
• Work closely with Producers & Directors on Graphic Ideas/Style/Layout
• Ensure all sponsorships are accurately built and displayed
• Assist talent with statistical reports and sorting scripts/rundowns
• Work as a Fill-In Associate Producer: Perform all the duties of an Associate Producer when needed including creating & generating story/segment/breakdown ideas, shot listing & writing highlights, & field producing when needed
• Log Content: Logging any content including games, game melts, interviews or any other content

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) one year experience in television production
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Philadelphia area sports teams & National sports teams
• Familiarity with newsgathering systems, nonlinear editing and graphics â€'' knowledge of INEWS and Cloud UX is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively under deadline
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedule on short notice
