Responsibilities

NBCUniversal are offering a number of 12-month internship opportunities from July 2020 in the Creative Services functions within NBCUniversal International.
To join one of our 12-month Internships you will be studying or have no more than one year of experience post your graduating with a degree-level or equivalent course.
You must also be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.
To ensure that you are considered for the placement that best fits your interest and skillset, we recommend that you apply to no more than 3 placements.
Qualifications/Requirements
As a 12-month Intern, you will be working within the Creative Services department as part of the wider theatrical marketing group. You will be part of the team who handle localisation of all marketing materials including print and trailers. This role is also an opportunity to work and collaborate with other departments and learn about the business on a larger scale.
As a key member of the Universal Pictures International Creative Services Team your responsibilities would be:
• Maintaining PUMA, our in-house digital asset management system.
• Providing PA support to the SVP Creative Services including diary management, travel arrangements, purchase order administration (including complex monthly invoices for PUMA) and team expenses.
• Assisting the Creative Services and Creative Advertising team with the raising of all purchase orders as well as subsequent invoice coding approval. Managing the record keeping of all purchase orders issued. Liaison with finance and Accounts Payable regarding invoice coding and budgeting queries such as shipping and storage.
• Supporting the Creative Services team with the centralised online breaks process; distributing dubbing assets, collating translations and coordinating deadlines.
• Assisting the creative teams with ad hoc analysis and research projects, including but not limited to – collating data, creating presentations, organising events, liaising with agencies, and communicating with our in-house Dubroom.
• Overseeing of UPI's marketing materials archive system 'Solar'; monitoring of costs, management of material movements and archiving of assets on PUMA.

• Analytical with outstanding attention to detail
• Self-starter and fast learner, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Work well as part of a busy team and keep calm under pressure
• Strong numeracy skills – managing finances, spreadsheets and data
• Excellent IT skills

• Knowledge of purchase order management systems
