Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator role will have 50/50 split responsibility between supporting the VP Talent Acquisition and supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
In support of the VP Global Talent Acquisition, the role will be responsible for performing administrative functions. This is a highly visible role for a dynamic candidate who possesses exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Schedule appointments & organize and maintain the VP's calendar
• Coordinate logistics for staff meetings with 100 participants
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Special projects as assigned
In support of the TA Operations team, the role will be responsible for tasks and projects that contribute to the efficiency and optimization of the Talent Acquisition team. You'll support NBCU's systems, programs and policies.
• Collaborate with fellow Ops Team members, TA Leadership and Recruiters to understand the operational needs
• Identify and assist with TA Ops processes issues & recruitment system troubleshooting while providing timely follow-up to inquiries from the Talent Acquisition team
• Help with onboarding of new hires on the TA team
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures and shared drive for reference purposes
• Work with external job board vendors to post requisitions
• Provide administrative support in processing invoices and expenses
• Work cross-functionally with the Operations Verticals (Candidate Experience, Branding, DE&I) to build, edit, and coordinate the execution of newsletters and other content-driven email
• Special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience, inclusive of internships working in Talent Acquisition, HR or related experience in meeting fast-paced client needs
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office
• This is remote position

• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop
• This person will be extremely flexible, proactive, detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
