Coordinator, West Coast Page Program

Position Summary:
The West Coast Page Program Coordinator supports NBCUniversal’s premier rotational program for early career talent, handling logistics, HR processes, and providing guidance to Pages to ensure a successful experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, empathetic, and passionate about supporting career development in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Page Lifecycle & HR Systems Support: Assist in Page recruitment, organize applications, manage candidate communication, and facilitate HR processes, including onboarding, I-9 verifications, direct deposit setup, and timekeeping
• Budget and Invoicing Management: Track program expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate records of Page program data and reports
• West Coast Page Program Support: Oversee logistics for Page learning experiences, onboarding, assignment placements, and event requests; manage Page uniforms, office supplies, and program-branded materials
• Administrative and Organizational Support: Maintain the Page Office, handle facility needs, and manage inventory of technology and supplies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Previous HR or recruiting experience preferred; strong problem-solving, customer service orientation, and multitasking abilities
Salary and Benefits:
