NBCUniversal is seeking a LINE PRODUCER.
The Line Producer reports to the Executive in Charge of Production.
The Line Producer will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties in connection with the production office and studio. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 5 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Track Costs for the EIC and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage Production under EIC’s supervision
• Coordinate with HR, Legal and Accounting to ensure compliant processes
• Responsible for studio schedules as well as serving as the primary point of contact for Studio Operations
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams and navigating the internet
• Minimum 1-year prior experience as a Line Producer in film or television
• Prior experience managing a team
Desired Characteristics:
• Prior experience as a Line Producer for a daytime talk show preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
• Superior organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
