Job Title: Production Services Representative
NBCUniversal Studio Services is looking for a collaborative, results-driven Production Services Representative to work with productions on our stages and backlots. This role serves as the primary liaison between on-lot productions and the studio, handling a wide variety of requests to ensure TV shows, films, and commercials have everything they need to create great content.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise between productions and studio departments
• Handle customer inquiries for TV shows, films, commercials, and more
• Coordinate facility scouts and schedule productions
• Prepare deal estimates and coordinate with departments for pricing
• Reserve facilities and manage production schedules
• Generate work orders for all studio departments
• Ensure studio readiness and maintain facilities during production
• Be on-set as a consistent presence throughout production
• Arrange parking and handle safety regulations, including fire exits and special effects
• Manage billing and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Build and maintain production relationships
• Support the achievement of studio budget goals
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in a related area (preferred)
• 3 years of production experience
• 1 year of fast-paced production environment experience
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with ScheduAll and familiarity with the Atlanta film market preferred
