Role Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Fair Employment Training Programs will be responsible for supporting the development, execution and monitoring of global fair and respectful workplace training and initiatives.
Job Duties
• Develop, implement and deliver innovative respectful workplace and other employment-related training programs for in-person and online audiences across the Company
• Partner with Legal and HR stakeholders to support training efforts of third-party production companies on scripted and unscripted productions
• Assist with development and execution of best-in-class systems and processes to ensure accurate assignment and completion of training
• Organize, review and analyze training metrics for insights on business needs and strategic planning
• Support VP, Fair Employment Training Programs and Positive Employee Relations teams on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Organization Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations or Human Resources or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements.
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California
• 10%-20% travel within the US will be required
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
