Description:
The NBCUniversal Studio Services team is seeking a creative, results-driven, and self-motivated Costume Associate for our Studio Costume/Wardrobe operation in Doraville, GA. This role requires experience in modern and vintage apparel, maintaining a customer-friendly environment for film industry costumers and stylists.
What You'll Do:
• Handle office administration tasks such as answering phones, providing directions, ordering supplies, unpacking shipments, and onboarding customers
• Develop an understanding of film industry costume department needs, researching costume designers and key crew members
• Provide responsive customer service, showing urgency and interest in their specific projects
• Follow established sizing, tagging, and check-in/check-out processes
• Stay current with fashion trends and possess knowledge of period clothing from various decades
