Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support including managing calendars, answering phones, coordinating meetings, arranging daily transportation, booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and managing daily office setup for Producer
• Stay up-to-date on current show production schedule and calendar
• Act as liaison for all internal and external associates and departments
• Assist in research as needed for Producer
• Manage all ticket requests for Producer's office
• Manage all gifting for Producer, both show-related and personal
• Coordinate and manage various events
• Manage special projects as designated
• A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting high level Executive in television entertainment or equivalent production / entertainment setting
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Must be proficient on Mac
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Suite, Slack
• Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and multi-task efficiently and precisely
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Experience working in production and/or with talent a plus
• Must have knowledge and interest in topics in entertainment news, pop culture and digital platforms
