This is a Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Assistant to Lead Talent Producer.
• Overall support of Talent Department including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, submitting expenses, maintaining calendar and talent related spreadsheets. Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on pop culture and entertainment news.
• Convey vital information regarding talent bookings and logistics to Show producers and talent management.
• Act as a liaison between the Department and talent management, publicists, and other general inquiries.
• Work with Talent Coordinator and accounting department to administer talent contracts and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
• Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• 1 years working as executive or personal assistant in the entertainment industry.

• Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
• Must be 18 years or older‘¨.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

• Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00
• Weekly salary range: $1,190 - $1,400
• The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
