This is a Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Oversee coordination and detailed documentation for weekly pitch meetings.
• Organize expense reports and holiday/birthday/guest gifts.
• Coordinate department meetings and communication between department.
• Oversee merchandise orders and distribution, ticket requests and petty cash for talent department.
• Update talent boards, requiring extreme attention to detail.
• Update daily talent calendar, weekly talk show listings, guest comedy documents and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Coordinate daily entertainment and music newsletter.
• Conduct research on behalf of the talent and music department and assist with special projects.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Interested candidates must submit a resume for this job online to be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
• Must be proficient on Mac.
• Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word) .
• Must be able to work some overtime.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

• Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00
• The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
