Job Purpose:
NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Talent PA to work with all day to day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.†The Talent Production Assistant will assist and report to the Senior Talent Producer, Talent Producer, Music Talent Booker and Talent Associate Producer on show tape days. This is a Run of Show position.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in show guest's arrivals, parking directions and work with the 30 Rock Security Teams to ensure the smooth entrance of the show guests and their representatives
• Work with the show's production team to ensure that dressing rooms have been cleaned before the guest's arrival
• Stock dressing room refrigerators with bottled water and soft drinks
• Responsible for making sure food platters have been placed in dressing rooms before guest's arrivals
• Ensure that all monitors in dressing rooms are in visual and audio working order before the guest's arrival
• Assist with guest relations on show tape days and field any requests from guest representatives to the assigned Producer, Segment Producer, Producing Team, Booker and Backstage Manager
• Assist Talent Associate Producer with completing all performer paperwork, including contracts, payroll documents and release forms
• Assist Talent Associate Producer in coordinating travel and transportation logistics
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional working experience with celebrity guests on a celebrity driven talk show on a broadcast network, streaming service, cable network, syndicated daytime or late-night series
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
Desired Characteristics:
• Prior television production environment experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure and fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
• Strong ability to anticipate and resolve issues as they arise

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
