The Role:
Based out of our Seoul office and reporting to the Manager of Marketing Production, you will be the go-to partner and key point-of-contact for all aspects of Print Production and Servicing: finishing, proof reviews, localization, and adaptation.
You value the importance of protecting creative excellence across artwork, static- / image-based assets, while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. You understand Creative Marketing Production workflows and excel in managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment.

This means that you are nimble, able to balance competing priorities among global stakeholders, and an entrepreneurial production project management expert who can thrive as a strong individual lead and a collaborative team member in a rigorous environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the finishing, production, localization, and servicing of static artwork assets (key art, key visuals, key poster, adaptations, digital OOH, etc), ensuring branding, layout and specs for local and global marketing teams.
• Drive and manage all aspects of static- / image-based print-related production work, including retouching, colour management, creating production-ready finished art / mechanicals, proof reviews, localization, resizes and everything in between.
• Create and modify finished artwork files / mechanicals for a variety of static- / image-based / print-related production needs (static visuals, images, OOH, or custom wraps) for regional marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage internal and external print production communication and workflow, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
• Shepherd scope, budget, and overall print production resources.
• Liaise between internal and external partners to provide functional guidance and industry best-practices on art and print campaign collateral
• Identify and drive initiatives to streamline the print production process
• Support the broader Marketing Production team by consulting and giving context through a print-based / image-based creative and production lens.
Qualifications:
• 7 years Print Production / Digital-Imaging / Finishing - Retouching experience at a creative, production agency or similar environment.
• Advance fluency in colour theory, management and regional ICC profiling practices.
• Advance fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Strong working knowledge of RGB to CMYK print process and the transition between digital to print color.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing campaign workflows, including translating media plans and delivery standards.
• Understand the difference between a digital comp file and a high res print finish.
• Fluency in print formats while understanding the fundamentals of assets management, servicing and trafficking.
• Fluency in digital formats and best practices, know your PPI from your LPI.
• Expert knowledge of the trends and limitations of the evolving Asia Pacific print-based marketing ecosystem, including exposure to/experience with publishers and distribution networks.
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in retouching, masking, colour correction is preferable.
• Strong design, layout and finished artwork skills are advantageous.
• CMP or similar certification is favourable.
• English and Korean fluency is required.
