We are seeking an experienced contracts manager to join the Netflix legal team, and be based in our Los Angeles or Los Gatos, California office. This is an exciting and challenging role in a fast-paced environment, working with a group of attorneys and contract managers to support Netflix' product team responsible for handling vendor deals across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading contract negotiations; facilitating signatures on contracts; developing, optimizing and managing contract and workflow systems; creating and maintaining information on our legal portal, as well as providing general administrative and operational support to the technology and transactions legal team.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:
• 8 years of relevant experience as a contracts manager, contracts negotiator or paralegal at a multinational company or law firm;
• Substantial experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating independently complex commercial contracts;
• Experience with cloud service/SasS agreements, and software licenses; Demonstrate ability to drive efficiency and think strategically with contract management systems and/or workflows; Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally;
• Have a solution-oriented approach with a focus on practical risk assessment;
• Passion for Netflix's strategy and different cultures;
• Ability to respond positively to change and embrace ambiguity; and
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
