We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager (GM) to join our dynamic leadership team and oversee the business and development of our flagship game franchises. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the President of Games, playing a key part in shaping the future of our premium game portfolio. You will drive the business success of top-tier franchises (both internal and external publishing), ensure exceptional quality, and forge long-term strategic growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Partner with the Games leadership team to design and implement comprehensive roadmaps for assigned game genres, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and goals.
• Elevate specialization and game quality, setting new industry standards.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.
Game Development and Management:
• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple game studios, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, and top-quality results.
• Meet creative quality standards for games within the GM’s organization, accountable for each milestone and game performance.
• Represent the organization to the industry, building long-term partnerships with external developers.
• Establish rigorous quality assurance processes at every stage of development.
• Strategically allocate resources—talent, technology, and budget—to maximize impact.
Leadership and Development:

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is an annual salary with no bonuses, allowing you to choose the mix of salary and stock options. Pay is based on market indicators, job family, background, skills, and experience. The range for this role is $500,000-$1.3M.
