Netflix is seeking a Language Production Manager for English Dubbing to oversee the production and quality of localized audio content for its expanding global audience. This role requires strong management of dubbing studios, dubbing talent casting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver a high-quality, localized user experience.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading dubbing production in the English market for Netflix Originals.
• Managing multiple dubbing projects and accessibility assets.
• Collaborating with dubbing partners and ensuring adherence to creative guidelines.
• Monitoring activities of actors’ unions and competitors to influence market behavior.
• Contributing to Netflix’s dubbing strategy, including technology adoption and workflow innovation.
• Solving localization challenges in collaboration with Title Managers.
• Collaborating on risk assessments and localization requests for new territories.
• Supporting cross-functional teams in marketing, business affairs, and finance.

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of dubbing/language management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of dubbing workflows and pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity for innovation and proficiency with Netflix’s tooling ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Compensation:
