Director, Talent Systems & Operations – Netflix House

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, user-centric leader to design and implement talent systems and workflows for Netflix House, a permanent entertainment venue that enhances fandom through real-life experiences. This role will support the launch of the first two Netflix House locations and oversee the operational growth of multiple locations, ensuring the efficiency of talent operations for both salaried and hourly employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain deep understanding of the Netflix House business and align talent operations with the broader Talent Experience Operations (TEO) strategy.
• Design and implement talent systems and workflows to support on-site employees.
• Lead and execute talent experience operations projects involving multiple workflows and cross-functional teams.
• Establish yourself as an organizational leader who contributes to the culture and community.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in talent operations design and delivery, particularly in the retail sector.
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to prioritize and build sustainable solutions.
• Experience with user-centered design thinking, automation, and operational optimization techniques.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to operate in a complex, cross-functional, global organization.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical teams across multiple levels of seniority.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
• International retail experience in talent operations design and delivery.
• Experience in enhancing user experience through design thinking and automation.
