The Team & The Role:
Creative Production Innovation Management is the team of Program Managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promotion organization (Formerly Creative Production) driving complex initiatives across Netflix and PDP teams. We are seeking two seasoned Program Managers for our team who will be responsible for shaping and executing programs, are proactive thought partners to key stakeholders, and excel in driving early-stage initiatives from strategy through execution.
About You:
• You are a seasoned Program Manager who has developed expertise in the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that either: meet the innovation needs of a technology platform or deliver on large-scale business transformation/process improvement initiatives. You can break down complex requirements into manageable programs, interface with multiple cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions in a successful and timely manner.
• Stakeholders seek you out to give shape to early business opportunities because they know you can translate them into programs that drive tangible value and drive execution. You are known for having the right tools to get stakeholder buy-in and everyone aligned on a program. Your values align with the Netflix culture values.
In this role you will...
• Be responsible for identifying broad trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or efficiency.
• Manage, plan, and track PDP's resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs.
• Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables.
Member Experience Innovation
• Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional.
• Conduct feasibility and level-of-effort assessments of conceptual features and designs to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
• Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation opportunities into concrete programs.
• Partner with Netflix Product Managers on initiatives within their innovation roadmaps and advocate for PDP's teams by proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, tests, and designs.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and delivery of highly technical initiatives.
Business Transformation/Process Improvement
• Lead complex programs that seek to transform the way we work, and entail high degrees of change management
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the business vision and opportunity of these transformation efforts.
• Define the resourcing strategy and operational milestones necessary for execution and operationalization.
• Continuously adapt your program approach to respond to changing business needs and new information.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and delivery of highly technical initiatives.

• Can navigate through degrees of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Is well versed in managing resources (personnel and financial) to optimize the outcome of the programs and projects for which they are responsible.
• Can communicate effectively and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams.
• Familiar and fiercely curious about Product, via data insights, A/B testing and user experience POV.
• Is effective at giving honest and direct feedback.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-$370,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
