We are at a very exciting stage of evolution at Netflix. With the growth in employee population, lines of business, geo-diversity, and heterogeneity of the workforce, it is imperative that the Talent function evolves accordingly, to shape and support this progress.
One of the most critical elements of this evolution is the foundational ecosystem upon which we can scale personalized and inclusive experiences for the workforce. The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team is primarily responsible for developing this ecosystem, and the TA Ops team is more specifically focused on the success of our Talent Acquisition operation. This role is additive to the TA Operations leadership team and will provide an opportunity to shape the path forwards as to how we can help TA support capabilities scale with speed, focus and efficiency.
About the Role:
As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Enablement Leader to support our Talent Acquisition operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Talent Acquisition space, as well as business operations, tools, and infrastructure, and will be able to develop and implement scalable solutions, influence leaders, and deliver large transformation programs.
Other sought after attributes include being a self-starter and comfortable working autonomously, being a highly collaborative, strategic business partner to the business, and designing solutions which are intuitive and highly tuned with our culture.
In this role you will:
• Design, implement and maintain a holistic infrastructure roadmap (including processes, tools, and systems) to support the Talent Acquisition(TA) team and activities, in alignment with Netflix and TA's strategic objectives and growth plans
• Oversee the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and infrastructure to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability within the Talent Acquisition function in accordance with the roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent, Finance, Technology, and other business units, to ensure seamless integration of operations, program execution and implementation, and sustained alignment of roadmap with strategic goals
• Help TA drive large-scale transformation programs to enhance capabilities and support organizational evolutions
• Analyze, optimize and implement talent acquisition metrics and key performance indicators to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and continuous improvement
• Influence and collaborate with senior leadership ; build and maintain a strong and efficient communication channel with stakeholders at all levels, focussing on key messages tailored to audience and needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class talent acquisition solutions and services
• Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition scaled operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders
We want someone who is:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or managing scaled operations, preferably with talent acquisition or related operations experience
• At least 5 years in a leadership role, with small to medium size teams under remit
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, tools, and technology, with a
• proven track record of driving operational excellence and scalability
• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs and
• driving change across an organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
• collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. In particular,
• outstanding capacity to tailor messages to audiences, and to simplify the complex
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess
• operational challenges and develop effective solutions
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical decision-making
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple
• priorities and deadlines

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $260,000 - $460,000.
