Role Overview:
Netflix is seeking a Communications Specialist to help drive external narratives about its Ads, Partnerships, and Marketing organizations. This position focuses on storytelling around Netflix's advertising business and partnerships, working closely with Ads and Partnerships senior leaders to create communication strategies and build media relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify impactful story angles, craft pitches, and secure media stories about Netflix’s advertising and partnership capabilities
• Draft communication plans, announcements, briefing materials, and messaging documents
• Develop and maintain media relationships
• Track, analyze, and circulate press coverage and competitive research
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efforts forward

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications
• Established media relationships in trade, entertainment, consumer, and business outlets
• Ability to secure stories aligned with company priorities using insights
• Clear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and time management

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $234,000, depending on experience, job family, and market conditions.
