Game Day Operations
The Bristol Blues are a summer season collegiate baseball team. We are members of the New England Collegiate Baseball league, and play a 22 home game season out of historic Muzzy Field in Bristol, Connecticut. Since the organization's conception in 2015, we have achieved three championship appearances, three semi-final appearances and one quarter final appearance. We pride ourselves on providing a fun, affordable night out for fans of all ages paired with high quality baseball. It is our goal to provide interns with a valuable learning experience where they will receive exposure in every part of the organization.

You will receive experience and understanding in:
• Fan experience
• Budget management
• Concession management
• Promotions planning
• Ticket sales & group outing organization
• Sponsorship sales
• General gameday operations
You will be responsible for:
• Executing promotions from start to finish
• Interact with Bristol community about upcoming Blues events and games
• Attend community service events with other team members and players
• Seek out prospective fans and groups for major promotions
• Assist our on-field entertainment team
• Assist in concession stands, ticket booths, and merchandise spaces
• Assist with executing Birdies for Blues golf tournament
• Representing the Bristol Blues brand
By the end of your internship, you will have experience in ALL game day aspects of a Bristol Blues game. We ask that interns be available by May 16th. If an intern fulfills an internship requirement part way through the season, they are required to stay until the end of the season. Interns are responsible for their own housing.
This position is an unpaid internship. We encourage you to utilize this opportunity to fulfill any college requirements. You are responsible for your housing.
