Ticket Service Representative

This is a Full Time Job

Status: Part-Time

Summary:

Representatives will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced professional ticket office while providing first class customer service to fans.

Essential Functions:  
• Provide the highest level of customer service to fans, in person and over the phone
• Effectively learn the ProVenue ticketing platform and be able to sell tickets and perform other key functions
• Ability to answer basic ticket and ballpark related questions
• Capability to troubleshoot ticket technology issues
• Assist with other various ticketing related projects

Qualifications: 

A representative should be personable, eager to learn and a hard worker. A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred but not required.  Current Students will also be considered.
• Possess basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Effectively able to communicate in person and over the phone
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Be a team player
• Previous customer service experience is desired
• Experience working in a ticket office is a plus
• Flexible work schedule, including night and weekend availability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) highly preferred

Physical Demands:
The position can require sitting or standing for very long periods of time during the day and/or night. Outdoor work in the ballpark that may require climbing stairs is probable and could occur in inclement weather.  While performing some job duties, employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
