Live Content Correspondents Coordinator (Seasonal)
Summary
The NFL Live Content Correspondents (LCC) Program is seeking an experienced Coordinator to join their team in supporting 100 LCC contractors in the weekly capture and delivery of gameday and event content across the NFL social ecosystem (in direct partnership with social leads at all-32 Clubs). This position will be focused on the logistical and operational functions in the capture and real-time distribution of all LCC generated content. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, everchanging content production environment that incudes shifting priorities and the need to remain calm under pressure. Organizational skills and a strong knowledge of pre- and post-production workflows will be invaluable.
Responsibilities
- Support 100 LCC contractors in the weekly capture and delivery of gameday and event content across the NFL social ecosystem
- Support annual staffing of LCC contributors across all relevant markets w/ associated performance management
- Lead daily communication with LCCs to ensure a seamless production workflow
- Coordinate with the Player Social team to continue to scale LCC content creation opportunities in collaboration with NFL players
- Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders to execute with LCCs around tent pole events (ex. Super Bowl, Combine, Draft, Pro Bowl, etc.)
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices
- Thoroughly track all of the LCC program's activity in partnership with key groups including: publishing of LCC content, consumption / engagement of LCC content, attributable revenue, etc.
- Consistently and reliably communicate information to key stakeholders across internal and external entities.
Required Education and Experience
- 4-year degree preferred. BS or BA in content/film/production related field preferred.
- Thorough understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Advanced understanding of all Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong working knowledge of the production environment, including both pre and post
- Must be able to work nights and weekends during NFL gamedays or during League events (e.g. Combine, Draft)
- Must be able to work holidays depending on NFL game schedule (including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Thorough knowledge of the National Football League, associated events and storylines
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of resourcefulness
Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in the production space, preferably with a background in social media responsible for content / production, but open to backgrounds in broadcast, television, or theatrical
- Strong knowledge of social, digital and broadcast television content production dynamics and working knowledge of the equipment and technologies therein
- Experience with communication platform Slack

Expected Hours of Work
- Nights and Weekends, especially during the NFL season
