Literary Manager

We are a well established Management Company that began in 2018.  We are looking to add a Literary Manager to our team. This is a work from home position. Basically starting our Literary Division. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.  We offer the freedom for you to set up your workflow the way you see best. You would be the sole Literary Manager on the team, able to build up a team and roster as you see fit. This is perfect for Assistants who are ready to make the leap or for current Lit Managers who feel constrained by their current situation. Candidates will need to have experience from previous Literary Agencies or Management Companies.  Candidates should have a roster ready to go or know who they want to bring on initially. Must have good relationships with Literary Agencies, Production Companies, and know who the players are in the Industry.  This is a performance based position, commission only.  You will start off at a commission split equal to your current experience with room to increase your split based on your performance.  We see this position growing to become the Director of the Literary Division at our company. We are looking for candidates who are hungry, team players, and great communicators. This is a work from home/work your own hours position.
