Stadium Operations Manager

This is a Full Time Job

The O'Fallon Hoots and CarShield Field, members of the Prospect League and operators of CarShield Field and the 1st Phorm Collegiate League, are looking for a new Stadium Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to help lead them into the next era of baseball in O'Fallon.

• Do-whatever-it-takes mentality as it pertains to all facets of the organization
• Leadership experience or experience working in stadium operations is preferred, but not required. Internship experience accepted.
• Facility management/maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Here's what you'll be doing:
• Reports directly to Assistant General Manager
• Facility management - Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness to all parts of the ballpark, including turf playing surface and dugouts, to ensure optimal functionality and safety
• Operate hand tools, ladders, and other equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks
• Primary supervisor for weekly stadium rentals including, but not limited to college baseball games, high school baseball games, soccer practices, and special events
• Assist in managing various aspects of Hoots and CarShield Collegiate Games
• Assist with execution of sponsorship elements around the stadium
• Assist in overseeing the Stadium Operations internship program and game-day staff
• Any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Assistant General Manager/General Manager

Start Date: January 14, 2025

Salary: $30,000/year
