OMD International has an exciting opportunity for a talented Digtial Media professional with at least 3 years experience to work on site with a major entertainment client. Reporting directly into the OMD London offices, this person will the main point of contact for this important client whose is a leader in the entertainment industry.

OMD International's London hub based in Kings Cross, has experienced phenomenal growth & success over the last 5 years, moving from primarily a co-ordination agency between local OMD markets to an award winning communications agency leading the development of OMD's key International accounts.
Overview
The International Digital Media Manager is accountable for projects within the Worldwide Digital Media Team & the International Media Team. This includes managing local and pan-regional digital media plans. He/she will be an OMD Employee, part of OMD International's team in London reporting into the Digital Director and working remotely with the Digital Manager and the Digital Planner. In addition to OMD's contracted territories, this role will involve working on all International plans.
The majority of this person's responsibilities (50%) will be working closely with the Entertainment client's International Media Team to review local market media plans and evaluate the role digital media plays in the overall channel mix to deliver upon pre-determined objectives.
Recommendations will need to be made as to the level and extent of digital activity, including commentary on things such as: type of activity, weight, timings and budget requirements. As such, the Digital Media Manager will need to have both a comprehensive knowledge of digital media as a whole, but also a clear understanding of how all media channels work together to create a total communications plan.
The International Digital Media Manager is also responsible for identifying publishers to leverage costs among various regions, share learnings from other territories and/or campaigns and working with the International Digital Creative Team on the implementation and optimization of our digital media efforts. He/she will attend weekly meetings with both the Digital Media Team and the International Media Team to identify territory issues and recommend the best ways to address them in our digital marketing efforts.
The expectation for the International Digital Media Manager is that he/she will have an intimate knowledge of all of the Worldwide Digital Media Campaigns and, because of this, he/she will be able to oversee several important digital media projects, help make decisions on various partnerships and take the lead on communication between OMD International, The Worldwide Digital Media Team and The International Media Team.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Local Digital Media Planning (50%)
• Working with Home Office media supervisor to review the role of digital media in local market media plans as part of the total media mix
• Reviewing and providing feedback on the local digital plans, including learnings from other plans/territories as relevant
2. Pan-Regional Digital Media Planning (25%)
• Participate in the weekly International media call on a weekly basis with the various international stakeholders
• Update pan-regional digital budgets and update PO system with Finance Department
3. Campaign Implementation (10%)
• Work with the International Digital Creative Team on collecting assets for distribution
• Manage campaign reporting with pan-regional media agency teams
4. Publisher Management (5%)
• Meet with publishers to identify new opportunities
• Communicate movie overviews and marketing positioning
5. Multi-film & Multi-Territory Opportunities (5%)
• Identify publishers to work with on a multi-film basis
• Work with pan-regional media agencies to negotiate deals
6. International Media Research (5%)
• Provide regular updates on site traffic and local landscape information to Digital Media Team
