Social Graphic Designer (Part-Time)
Job Summary:
Pacers Sports & Entertainment is hiring a Part-Time Social Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. We are looking for a person with a passion for basketball and design to elevate our social channels. You will gain experience working in the fast-paced environment of NBA/WNBA game nights and will have your work showcased across Pacers Sports & Entertainment properties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of social graphics across Pacers Sports & Entertainment properties
• Create graphics and edit photos for both home and away games.
• Ability to work with existing designs and produce original designs
• Ability to follow a style guide when needed
• Collaborate and support both the digital and creative teams
• Ability to create graphics on a short deadline
• Provide creative ideas and concepts
• Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of assigned projects
• Maintain a professional attitude and be receptive to feedback
• Available to work on-site on Pacers/Fever/Mad Ants home games and remotely for road games, including late evening hours
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Provide past work examples (personal or professional projects)
• Knowledge of the Pacers, Fever, Mad Ants, NBA, WNBA, and G-League
• This role will require 15-30 hours/week, as dictated by game schedules during the Pacers/Fever/Mad Ants seasons. Hours will fluctuate and be minimal during off months.

The noise level is usually moderate in the office work environment and usually loud in the Gainbridge Fieldhouse/game environment.
