Position Overview:
We are now seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to contribute to two exciting projects: marketing our AI-generated sci-fi series and growing the CineAI Founders Hub community. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing within the AI and film space.
1. Marketing Our AI Film Channel
We are launching an AI-generated sci-fi series, based on our award-winning sci-fi novel, as a serialized release. Your role will be to develop and execute social media strategies to:
1) Build awareness around the story
2) Engage our target audience and grow a dedicated fan base
3) Drive traffic to our channel and boost novel sales on Amazon
2. Growing the CineAI Founders Hub Community
CineAI Founders Hub is a dynamic community focused on GenAI technology, applications, investments, and creative works. Our mission is to connect founders, creators, technologists, and investors, fostering storytelling, innovation, and collaboration. You will:
1) Set up and manage our community's social media presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Luma
2) Expand our community and collaborate with other networks
3) Develop strategies to increase engagement and visibility
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for both projects.
2. Create engaging content (text, graphics, videos) tailored for each platform.
3. Analyze audience behavior and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
4. Monitor and report on social media metrics using tools like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and implement strategies.
Business Acumen:
While extensive business experience is not required, having a basic understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to social media is important. This includes:
1. Aligning social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
2. Understanding how to leverage content for financial gain through audience engagement and conversion optimization.
3. Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in social media management or marketing is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
6. Basic skills in photo and video editing.
7. Familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
8. Knowledge of AI and film industry trends is a plus.
