Job Title: Coordinator, Dubbing Support (Worldwide Distribution Services)
Location: Hollywood, CA
Position Summary:
This position supports the dubbing group within Worldwide Distribution Services at Paramount Pictures. The role is responsible for coordinating dubbing orders, processing invoices, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining project documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Raise and release purchase orders for dubbing theatrical features, nontheatrical product, catalog, and TV episodic content
• Process invoice receipts, confirm receipt of materials from vendors, and approve for upload to the Basware/Invoiceworks systems
• Onboard vendors and resolve payment issues with the Graphite platform team
• Coordinate catalog dubbing orders through SharePoint with the Mastering Tech Ops Group
• Collaborate with sound editors and project supervisors to create and update the foreign dialogue QC schedule
• Track and execute trailer dubbing orders with global dub studios
• Collaborate with International Legal to track talent contracts for each project
• Post essential documents to collaboration sites and archive inactive project documents
• Pursue and track necessary documentation from vendors and territory offices (e.g., contracts, On Screen Text documents)
• Assist in product fulfillment project metadata research
• Provide overflow support for Dubbing Project representatives
• Support management as needed
• Order office supplies as required
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Basic post-production knowledge
Salary Range:
• $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 annually
