Executive Assistant II - National Publicity Team
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Paramount Pictures is hiring an Executive Assistant II to provide administrative support to the National Publicity team. This role will support two Senior Publicists with duties such as scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, and research. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-priority tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for Senior Publicists, including phones, emails, and scheduling.
• Maintain internal team documents and campaign updates.
• Update talent rep databases and manage talent grooming and styling logistics.
• Assist in drafting talent schedules and managing invoices.
• Arrange press travel and manage screening invites, RSVPs, and check-in.
• Cover press screenings, junkets, premieres, and other events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
