Overview & Responsibilities:
The Manager, Post Production will manage several aspects of post-production across a variety of titles for the Paramount Pictures Motion Picture Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an inclusive team supporting a slate of beloved film franchises and some television projects at various stages under the mentorship of expert senior Post Production executives.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Works closely with the Post Production Executives, filmmakers, and 3rd party vendors to ensure projects are produced at the highest quality and meet budgetary constraints.
• Fills out and submits purchase orders for all post costs, both on lot and external.
• Liaises between accounting and vendors to ensure smooth invoice processing.
• Ensures all start paperwork for editorial crew is completed.
• Collects bids, arranges Editorial equipment rentals, and coordinates with vendors for equipment replacement/repair.
• Manages Set-up of cutting rooms for Editorial crews on location during photography and in post (Domestic and Internationally).
• Oversees dailies delivery and screenings for executives.
• Liaises between Editorial crews and Studio Post Executive team.
• Determines when meetings should be scheduled and coordinates as necessary.
• Creates, manages, and distributes post-production schedules and updates as necessary.
• Ensures ADR stages are booked.
• Oversees the scheduling of talent including any necessary travel arrangements for ADR sessions.
• Coordinates tape production content for ADR sessions per editorial and stage technical specifications.
• Responsible for signature/execution of Exhibit G forms and providing to SAG for payment.
• Books all appropriate technical crew and travel for Previews/Research screenings.
• Attends technical run-throughs for previews and research screenings.
• Manages the coordination of asset delivery between editorial, labs, and sound facilities to secure in archives delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years of post-production, VFX, or related experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Slack. Prior experience with Google Sheets and Airtable is a plus!

Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 85,600.00.
