Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reconcile weekly and monthly SAP ECP Payroll costing reports to the Division GL files transferred for posting.
• Extract and report on data from SAP ECP Payroll for Division Finance requests.
• Support Union Payroll weekly and monthly Union Dues and employer contributions payments and reporting for many different unions with strict deadlines.
• Provide unions with supporting documents after weekly and monthly payments are processed.
• Review employee union dues withholding, 401k, and Flexible Spending elections on a timely basis as received from the Unions or Divisional Operations teams.
• Support data verification and troubleshoot errors of payroll earnings and dues for Union employees and employer contributions.
• Research and complete external Union or Union Pension/Health Plan requests for employee information or verification of payments processed.
• Reconcile weekly Union Interface files sent to completed Union payments processed.
• Monthly reconciliation of Union payroll balance sheet accounts.
• Support Union audit data requests for Pension, Health, or 401k employer contributions.
• Support calculation of adjustments for union-related deductions and contributions on an ad hoc basis.
Basic Qualifications
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in payroll
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting payroll results and costing in General Ledger
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables; comfort using data access software, query reporting tools.
• Comfort with working in Zoom, Teams, and ability to train or review work in them.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; proactive with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Execute against goals and deadlines.
• Influence and effectively communicate with others to drive work forward.
• Design, apply, and interpret robust analytical solutions to support decisions.

Additional Qualifications
• Familiar with SAP EC Payroll desired, or with a large-scale ERP desired.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
