Overview:
The Assistant Static Media Manager oversees the acquisition, management, and distribution of all static source media and finished assets for the domestic and international Paramount Streaming Creative Marketing Teams (Paramount , Pluto, and Showtime). We are looking for someone that will work closely with design teams, photography teams, cross-functional marketing teams, studio brands, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and distribution of static assets. They will communicate to all creative collaborators, facilitates archival of assets, maintains various digital asset management systems (DAMs) and portals, and spearheads numerous workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the acquisition, ingestion, cataloging, and distribution of all static assets (i.e. key art/press releases, logos, print out of home assets, digital display, and photography) into the DAM.
• Oversee the DAM by adding and maintaining metadata, overseeing user administration, maintaining system management, and distributing static assets to internal teams, brand studio partners, and external vendors.
• Check all versions, layouts and files received from studio brand partner/external vendors via Adobe Photoshop to ensure files meet spec requirements. If the file does not meet requirements, provide detailed updates and communicate to brand partners/external vendors. Provide collaborators timely updates.
• Distribute all final approved static media assets to Paramount domestic and international teams.
• Source and distribute copyright lines, metadata, and ad credit memos.
• Source acquisition static key art, channel art, and photography assets for Pluto domestic and international teams.
• Fulfill static media requests from internal teams, brand partners, and external agencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure robust content security policies and procedures are met in all aspects of acquisition, management, and distribution of assets.
• Develop positive relationships with Paramount Global brand partners, internal teams, and vendors to acquire media and pertinent information surrounding assets.
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of experience coordinating the acquisition and delivery of static media assets used to produce television/film promotional content.
• Expert experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced experience and comfortability communicating directly with company Executives, production teams, external vendors, and studios.
• Experience with Airtable and Asana or other project management systems.
• Knowledge of a wide range of file formats and media types, cloud-based media management systems, general knowledge of marketing and promotional workflows and assets, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $48,800.00 - 75,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
