Paramount is looking for an Associate Manager, Partnership Marketing who will help lead all aspects of the strategy, development, and analysis of on-device marketing for key partners, supporting the Streaming group’s goals! In this role, you will work in collaboration with both internal and external partners. The Associate Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Amazon Partnership Marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who is capable of successfully leading and prioritizing multiple projects autonomously, is experienced with manipulating and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making, and is able to drive impact in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hybrid work setup based in Paramount's New York City or Burbank, CA office.
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Support the development of paid marketing campaigns with direct OTT partners from ideation to media planning and execution to post-campaign recap and analysis
• Analyze data provided by OTT device partners and provide recommendations and insights, acting as the in-house authority on assigned partners
• Partner across internal teams to align marketing beats, optimize targeting, identify successful tactics, and communicate findings
• Identify, develop, and recommend new marketing tactics and opportunities to drive engagement, sign-ups, and success within current paid marketing partnerships
• Conduct reviews of partner platforms for competitive assessments
• Provide expertise in resolving complex issues and challenges related to media campaign strategy and planning
• Identify incremental strategic opportunities to improve marketing campaigns, drive acquisition, retention, and/or viewership
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and Director, Partnership Marketing on paid marketing budget, actualizing monthly spending and reallocating across lines as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience working in Partnership Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, or a related field
• Extensive experience with core marketing software, and Microsoft and Google ecosystems, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Slack
• Deeply inquisitive with discretion regarding confidential and proprietary information
• A data-driven approach to projects, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or digital retail, e-commerce
• Knowledge of digital ecosystems, influencer programs, and IP building
• Experience and knowledge of media measurement and attribution tools: Kochava, Google Analytics, Adobe, etc
• Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and well-designed presentations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to champion positive relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels, as well as third-party agencies and partners
