KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging tailored to verticalized SMB needs, highlighting the unique benefits of Paramount’s self-serve ad platform
• Craft compelling vertical-specific messaging, custom user interface (UI) copy and FAQs to drive adoption and user engagement
• Define and implement GTM strategies for new product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment with business goals and SMB advertiser needs
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams ensuring seamless execution of launch plans
• Act as the key liaison between Product, Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and success
• Gather and incorporate SMB advertiser feedback to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact
• Provide input on technical features, user interface enhancements, and customization tools to optimize the SMB experience
• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to gain deep insights into SMB advertiser needs
• Analyze user behavior and platform performance data to drive continuous improvements in funnel conversion, user engagement, and retention
• Track and measure key indicators, such as platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and return on investment, to ensure the platform’s success and identify areas for growth
• Continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaigns based on performance data and customer feedback

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, or related roles. Track record in growing Product adoptions, bonus if in advertising technology, with a strong understanding of TV/CTV advertising ecosystems
• Deep understanding of SMB needs and dedication to delivering products that solve real problems and bring value to advertisers

• Highly analytical and use data to inform decisions, constantly seeking to optimize product performance and user engagement. Bonus: proficiency in SQL

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $176,800.00 - 221,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
