Overview:
The Paramount Multiplatform Production Group is an internal production team focused on providing comprehensive production management and services to brand creative and marketing groups across Paramount Global. The team specializes in producing various content, including promos, campaigns, digital series, tentpole events, and more.
The Production Operations Coordinator will assist in tracking production data, scheduling projects, and managing department workflows. The role requires strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support VP of Production Operations with data tracking and reporting
• Track and manage the department’s monthly shoot calendar
• Work closely with brand leads to set up new projects for tracking and reporting
• Schedule camera team resources and maximize internal resource use
• Manage tools and platforms used by the department
• Generate and distribute quarterly reports (production data, resource analysis, sustainability, etc.)
• Archive previous month’s reports for annual reference
• Manage booking schedules for internal spaces
• Oversee MPG group onboarding process
• Assist senior leadership team (SLT) with meeting scheduling
• Handle SLT expense reporting and travel support
• Other assigned responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in production
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
• Familiarity with Wrike, ASANA, and Airtable
• Ability to respond after business hours for productions and urgent tasks
