Paramount, a global media and entertainment company, is seeking an individual to collaborate with Sales, Traffic, and Pricing & Inventory teams to ensure the flawless execution of advertising campaigns across all platforms, including TV, digital, social, and live events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns
• Facilitate client order entry and manage client relations to ensure delivery and satisfaction
• Coordinate with Ad Ops teams on creative assets, brand safety, and special client requests
• Monitor and track campaign impressions, adjusting as needed to ensure full delivery and billing
• Generate reports and troubleshoot campaign or creative issues
• Work with Billing/Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Provide ongoing reporting to Sports Sales teams
• Coordinate contractual ticket obligations and distribute on-air features to clients weekly
• Send pod positions to clients for weekend sporting events

Qualifications:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to interface across multiple departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and a proactive work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to industry changes, and work well in a team
• Desire to work in advertising sales across media and entertainment platforms

Salary Range:
