Overview & Responsibilities:
The Marketing Strategy & Insights team is responsible for crafting compelling analyses, and strategic and actionable insights regarding content performance and marketing effectiveness, empowering marketing teams to support the organization's goals.
The Senior Analyst will report and analyze marketing performance supporting Paramount ’s original series, sports, nonfiction, and library titles reporting on strategic alignment deliverables, in-season snapshots, optimizations, and post-mortem reports across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Partner with marketing to understand business objectives, define key performance indicators, and provide pertinent data, including analysis and insights regarding subscriber acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts.
• Support high-impact, cross-functional projects that provide foundational value for Paramount marketing organization (e.g., retention initiatives, marketing budget process / long-range planning).
• Manage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data sets to populate data intelligence reports tracking key business performance and subscriber trends including product and consumer marketing-related data.
• Build engaging materials and leverage analytical skills to “tell the story” and draw conclusions that help inform and drive decision-making for marketing and optimization.
• Support teams across the marketing organization with actionable insights via dashboards, analysis, and ad hoc reporting requests using decks, Excel docs, emails, and more formats.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics, web analytics, social analytics, and media industry.
• Proven experience working with large and disparate data sets and communicating findings clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing/presentations).
• Strong verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven experience presenting and conveying information concisely to a variety of audiences.
• Understanding of common marketing metrics, calculations, and how they influence the success of marketing activities across various social & digital platforms.
• Proficient with paid media measurement. Knowledge of ad partner performance measurement (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, etc).
• Experience with data visualization and extracting data from analytics tools (using Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics).
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Google Drive/Docs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 128,000.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Salary/Benefits
$85,600.00 - 128,000.00 per year
