Sports Producer

This is a Part Time Job

CBS4 is looking for a part-time Sports Producer.

Responsibilities will include:
• Producing sportscasts
• Assisting with the creation and production of high-energy and innovative sports content
• Coordinating with the sports anchors to produce and edit shows
• Writing stories for cbscolorado.com
• Providing digital content for our website and streaming platform

The candidate must:
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Have strong communication skills
• Be proficient with non-linear editing
• Have a working knowledge of the sports scene here in Colorado

Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in Journalism is preferred
• The candidate must have a valid license and a good driving record

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $20/hr

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
