Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Licensing Manager to join our Consumer Products team in the UK & Ireland. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue across the Toys & Games category, building valuable partnerships, and expanding our brand presence at retail. Your work will help bring Paramount’s iconic brands to life for audiences throughout the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensing Manager, you will develop and lead growth strategies, working closely with internal and external partners to achieve our business goals.
Key areas of focus include:
Driving Strategic Growth
Shape and implement a comprehensive strategy for Toys & Games, expanding our brand’s footprint through effective account management and identifying commercial opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in closing market gaps and introducing exciting new products, strengthening Paramount’s position in the UK & Ireland.
Financial & Forecast Management
Take charge of financial forecasting and revenue tracking to support Paramount’s financial targets. You’ll work with licensees on reporting, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Legal & Contract Oversight
Oversee the negotiation and execution of licensing agreements, ensuring all rights are in place before deals are finalized. Your attention to detail and efficient management will help us maintain high standards and secure optimal contract terms.
Creative & Product Development Collaboration
Partner with creative teams and licensees to deliver products that align with our brand vision. You’ll facilitate timely access to assets, guide product development, and ensure all launches meet market demands.
Building Lasting Partnerships
Cultivate strong relationships with licensees by providing them with brand insights, strategic updates, and marketing support. Your ability to engage in regular, strategic discussions will maximize brand visibility and impact.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with the UK Consumer Products team and global partners, fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and excellence. You’ll be an advocate for Paramount’s values and play an essential role in building a positive and innovative workplace environment.
