Job Overview:
The Sales & Partnership Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, forging partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in leadership and sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Research, identify, and track sponsorship prospects.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals.
• Lead sales presentations and develop positive relationships with prospects.
• Provide weekly reporting of sales metrics including pipeline generation, account status, and revenue attainment.
• Develop KPIs for partnerships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal departments to align sales initiatives.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Proven experience in a senior sales or partnership role.
• Experience selling sponsorship packages.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales and partnership strategies.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Experience creating sales plans, presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Work Environment:

Typical Wage Range:
