Intern - Music Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Job Description:

We're looking to hire a Music Management Intern to assist with our current music manager's responsibilities. The selected candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

• Submitting to sync placements
• Pitching proposals to songwriting job boards
• Keeping our books
• Managing contracts

This is an unpaid internship requiring 8-16 hours per week. We will provide all necessary training.

Intern Hiring Process/Experience Level:

This posting is for an internship. We will be selecting 1 candidate to hire. After assessing your work, we'll decide who to bring onboard as a part-time team member. The only requirement for this position is strong English speaking and grammar skills (High School Graduate Level). We can train you on everything else.

The hiring process involves an initial interview to assess suitability. Candidates will be contacted within 48 hours with the outcome. The selected intern will be invited to a video chat for day 1 of the internship.

• Pitching to Synch Opportunities
• Pitching to Songwriting Job Boards
• Album Launch Tasks
• Bookkeeping
• Explaining service and product prices
• Answering customer queries about products
• Obtaining customer information for shipping products or delivering services
• Managing Our Production Team
• Communicating with Team Members/Leaders
• Aiding in hitting monthly revenue goals
• Leading Meetings (if qualified)
• Managing Teams
• Reporting Analytics
• Servicing Customers

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Start Date: 2 weeks or less after the interview (If chosen for hire)

Short-term Position: 20 hours a week

Hours available: Sunday-Thursday 8 PM -5 AM EST
