Associate Graphic Designer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Player 15 Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Graphic Designer to assist with creative design and production for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Footprint Center.
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative assets and collateral for various platforms including in-arena digital displays, social media, digital ads, and print.
• Follow brand standards for each property to ensure creative output is on-brand and timely.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to support the team’s overall success.
• Work on projects including resizing assets, creating season templates, logo lockups, merchandise designs, and print design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design ideas.
• Basic videography, production, and still graphics skills.
Experience & Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of creative design experience in sports, events industry, agency, or related in-house environment.
• Strong portfolio or demo reel.
• Ability to follow print specifications and digital requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Work Environment:
• Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods.
• Primarily indoor work environment with occasional exposure to weather.
• Sedentary work, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds.
• Conversational skills required in both phone and in-person settings.
