We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Broadcast Associate Producer to assist team members with a variety of production needs and coordinating content and resource sharing with other departments (Content, Digital, Social, GPS, Marketing). The Associate Producer will maintain video libraries for Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns airchecks and highlight archives, pulling and organizing partner and marketing clips as needed. The Associate Producer will contribute to current and future streaming projects across all platforms, in addition to other day-to-day production needs.

What You Will Do:
• Manage libraries of video highlights and airchecks, and support with production deliverables.
• Assist with daily production logistics.
• Assist in editing by logging footage and providing feedback.
• Assist with live game production of Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns.
• Compile music cue sheet reports to be submitted to broadcast and streaming partners.

What We Need From Our Associate Producer:
• General NBA, WNBA and NBA G League knowledge.
• Basic video production skillset (shooting, editing, lighting, audio).
• Ability to collaborate and work on solo projects – all in a time sensitive environment

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 1-2 years video or television production experience preferred

Additional eligibility requirements
• Detail on Safety and/or Security Sensitivity – Team member will be around players, coaches and basketball staff enough to need to be cleared as one who can handle sensitive information appropriately.

• Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
• Hours vary according to game and shoot schedules and will require evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform some medium physical labor (moving cameras & tripods, lighting)
• Work in fast-paced, high stress, deadline-oriented environment in very close proximity to other crew members for extended hours
• Ability to handle extended sitting in TV production trucks during game day production
• Good vision & hearing
• Physically able to use stairs to enter TV production truck
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
